Jim Racalto When I picture myself as a fan of my respective teams, I see a straight up maniac. I have never believed in being a fair-weather fan, and as most of my friends and colleagues can tell you, I can be overly enthusiastic and rub some people the wrong way. Oh well, I’d rather be annoying than a fraud. George Hill of the Indiana Pacers is wondering why his team, who...
There’s dodgeball then there’s dodgeball with NBA players. This dodgeball event was planned thanks to Roy Hibbert’s “Area-55″ and George Hill, Paul George’s ” G2 Zone” (special fan cheering sections) who had off-season auditions for Pacers season tickets, and a lucky few from these fan groups were selected to play a little dodgeball. Also, major [...]The post Roy...
I'm glad the Pacers got this one against Hawks because they can be forgiven for losing their game tomorrow night against the 76ers in Philly. It will be their third game in three nights, the only time this will happen to any team in the league this season, thanks to that rescheduled game against the Bulls.
The 114-103 scoreline makes it sound like a fast paced game, but...
A few members of the Indiana Pacers spent their scheduled day off on Thursday playing some dodgeball, as Paul George, Roy Hibbert and George Hill played a few games with some of their fans.

Weary or not, the Indiana Pacers found the energy to beat the Philadelphia 76ers.
Roy Hibbert had 16 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Pacers to an 88-69 victory over Philadelphia on Wednesday night.
The Central Division-leading Pacers won their third game in three nights. Paul George, George Hill and David West each scored 15 for the Pacers, the only team to play back-to-back...
KNOCK IT DOWN
The Toronto Raptors were able to force overtime Friday night versus the Indiana Pacers; it prove beneficial to Toronto as they sealed the win with a Rudy Gay game-winner. Paul George is guarding Gay, but even his defenses can’t stop Gay’s silky J.The post Rudy Gay’s Game-Winner Vs Indiana Pacers (Video) appeared first on The NBA Mistress.
One of them makes it rain, one of them brings the pain.
After such a stellar stretch, the Indiana Pacers were due for a letdown game, and boy did they throw it away against the Toronto Raptors, losing 100-98 in overtime and snapping their 15-game home winning streak. And full credit to the Raptors too, for never giving up and fighting through till the end despite getting some pretty dubious calls against them.
What happened was this...
Jeremy Evans, last season's champion, headlines a group that includes Eric Bledsoe, Kenneth Faried, Terrence Ross, Gerald Green and James White.
Thursday night, TNT’s Inside The NBA crew revealed the six participants in the 2013 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest. The list includes Eric Bledsoe, Kenneth Faried, Terrence Ross…blah, blah, blah…nobody cares. Why? Because the only people that matter are James “Flight” White and Gerald Green, who will finally face each other in a dunk contest on American soil (see above video...
Next weeks NBA All-Star Game weekend in Houston Texas should be a dazzler with the 3-point contest, rising stars challenge, skills competition, the All-Star game itself, and the Slam Dunk Contest. The Slam Dunk contest participants are as follows: Jeremy Evans (Utah Jazz), Gerald Green (Indiana Pacers), Terrence Ross (Toronto Raptor), James White (NY Knicks), Eric Bledsoe (LA Clippers...
Christian Hardy We’re just over a week away from the best All-Star weekend in sports (in my opinion). Quite possibly the best, and most competitive parts of the weekend are not the games, but the Three-Points Shootout and, especially, the Slam Dunk Contest. Let’s rundown the competitors for both challenges for next weekend’s break.
First, the Slam Dunk Contest.
The participants have been announced for this year’s Sprite Dunk contest. There are a lot of new faces on board and a few that are guarenteed to bring excitement. Let’s take a look at whose got next and peep what type of fun we should be expecting.
With last year’s winner Utah Jazz’s Jeremy Evans, Pacers Gerald Green, Terrence Ross, Knicks rookie – and an urban dunking...
