Orlando Magic general manager Rob Hennigan said in a statement today that Glen Davis has been diagnosed with a left-shoulder sprain and that an MRI exam revealed “no significant structural damage.”
“He will be treated non-operatively,” Hennigan said in the statement. “Treatment will include rest and subsequent strengthening of the muscles around his shoulder. His return will depend on progress made during his rehabilitation.”
Davis suffered the injury in the final minute of the Magic’s 90-83 win over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night.
