Dennis Smith Jr. will forever look at June 22, 2017 as one of the best days in his life. For that was the day when he officially became an NBA player when the Dallas Mavericks selected him ninth overall.
But what was Smith doing on November 5, 2012? He was a few weeks short of his 15th birthday, so he was maybe planning a party. Oh, and he also sent out a tweet, which started making the rounds shortly after he was drafted.
