The Indiana Pacers are advancing to the second round in the NBA Playoffs for the first time since 2005, as they removed any remaining Magic from the franchise that makes its home in Orlando, with a 105-87 thrashing Tuesday night at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The victory was the fourth straight for the Pacers after dropping the opening game of the match-up at home 81-77. Indiana took control of this contest early on, as they had a nine-point lead at the conclusion of the opening period and shot 52.4% (43-82) as well as 52.9% (9-17) from outside the arc for the night. Danny Granger led the way for Indiana with 25 points while Darren Collison came off the bench with 19 points in the victory.
