TEAMS: Los Angeles Clippers, Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets
Last year we saw this young Clippers bunch thrive with Chris Paul under the helm as they made the playoffs and matched up with a lethal Grizzlies team. Many picked the experienced Grizzlies to move on against LA, but instead the Clippers took the series to seven games and went into Memphis and basically man-handled them. Banged up from the series before Los Angeles had virtually no shot to beat the Spurs in the next round, and were swept fairly easily, which ended by far the best season the Clippers had in recent memory. Led by the best point guard in the NBA in Chris Paul and accompanied by budding stars in Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan the other Los Angeles team give legitimate hope for the future for their fans. Winning the series against the Grizzlies gave Head Coach Vinny Del Negro job security and allowed him to build on the roster and make changes to better the team. Now with new additions comes departures and a big one to leave was shooting guard Randy Foye as well as Mo ...

Jordan posterizes Howard with put-back
SantosThere’s a common misconception with “Lob City,” and its that Blake Griffin is the only member of the crew. People forget that this dude named DeAndre Jordan…he’s got hops. If you don’t believe me, watch this video and tell me I am wrong. Late in the third quarter, Jordan out-jumps Dwight Howard for a put-back dunk, and if you watch closely, you can see Jordan...

David Lee Yells at Blake Griffin to 'Stop Flopping' During Warriors-Clippers Game (Video)
The NBA is trying to enforce flopping this season, and David Lee is apparently willing to become the league's "goon."
During Saturday night's Warriors-Clippers game, Lee took some offense to Blake Griffin "acting" like he was getting pushed a little harder than he was. Mid-way through the fourth quarter, after Jamal Crawford drained a...

Clippers' bench ignites victory over winless Lakers
For years Los Angeles has been a city with two professional basketball teams pointed in opposite directions. The Los Angeles Clippers, for so long the ugly step-brother to the championship–bred Los Angeles Lakers, are obviously on the move up. The Lakers, well that's a different story entirely. As of right now, the Clippers are the better team in the City of Angels and...
David Lee Tells Blake Griffin During Game To “STOP FLOPPING!”
I would like to personally thank David Lee for telling Blake Griffin what I wish I could tell him at least 20 times a day. During a Clippers and Warriors game on Saturday David Lee took exception with one of Griffin’s many flops and had about enough. He yelled at Blake to stop flopping, and though we can’t hear it via the audio, and it is fair to say that you don’t have to...
Cavaliers-Clippers Preview
Even last year's addition of Chris Paul couldn't help the Los Angeles Clippers overcome their recent struggles against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Now, maybe Jamal Crawford will be the difference.
Monday night will see a matchup between two of the league's early-season scoring leaders as Crawford and the Clippers host Kyrie Irving and the Cavaliers, who have won 10 of...

Chris Paul and Dwight Howard were scheming to team up together since 2009
In an interesting article by Yahoo! Sports, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard had plans on joining forces. They were teammates in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing and grew closer. Apparently, Chris Paul wanted Dwight Howard to come to New Orleans and play for the Hornets. On the other hand, Dwight Howard wanted Chris Paul to come to Orlando and play for the Magic. When they realized...

Clippers 105, Lakers 95
For years, Los Angeles has been a city with two professional basketball teams pointed in opposite directions. However, on Friday it appeared they swapped identities. The Los Angeles Clippers appear to be the better team in the City of Angels and it doesn't really look close after they took the Los Angeles Lakers apart 105-95 at Staples Center. Looking young and spry and in...
