After being ejected for two technical fouls the game before, the Wizards’ John Wall came back with a vengeance in route to a career high 47 points vs the Grizzlies Monday night. With the Wiz down to only 9 players for the game due to injury, it was pretty clear who was going to take on most of the scoring load for Washington. Wall finished the game going 13-22 from the floor, including 2-4 from three point range, and was 19-24 from the free throw line. He even commented to Comcast Sportsnet’s Chris Miller that he could have had 52 if he made the 5 free throws he missed. As you can see above, he wasn’t just out there chucking up shots. Wall also finished with 7 rebounds, 8 assists to go along with a block and a steal. If you happened to miss the game, you can watch all 47 points in the video below: John Wall was on fire, and there was just no stopping him last night. Even Grizzlies’ front office man John Hollinger had this to say on Twitter: #bbpBox_316362439971184642 a { text-decoration:none; color:#0099B9; }#bbpBox_316362439971184642 a:hover { text-decoration:underline; }Ran into a Wall tonight. It happens. Let's go Hornets. #gngabout 11 hours ago via Twitter for AndroidReplyRetweetFavorite@johnhollingerJohn Hollinger Related posts: John Wall vs High Schooler and the Youth Basketball Culture John Wall Crosses The Mess Out Of Ish Smith John Wall And The Wizards Are On A Tear!
