The New York Knicks suffered an ugly loss at the hands of the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night by the score of 125-91. There were very few highlights for the Knicks, but one of them was an accidental soccer-style pass by Iman Shumpert to Steve Novak.
It happened in the fourth quarter (after most Knicks fans had probably turned the game off). Shumpert stumbled when trying to dribble around the Pacers defender and kicked the ball backwards across the court into the hands of Novak. It ended up being the perfect assist as Novak converted the three-point shot.
Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

New York Knicks – The Downfalls of “Experience”
How the Knicks perform in the 2012-2013 season will be a testament to an issue applicable across all sports; the value of knowledge and experience versus athleticism and youth.
Coming into the season the Knicks were the oldest team in NBA history with an average age on the roster of 32 years and 240 days. The team included a 40-year old forward in Kurt Thomas and two 38-year old...
Mike Woodson, Knicks reportedly getting fed up with JR Smith
JR Smith has played an important role for the New York Knicks this season, averaging more than 15 points per game and giving the team a dangerous perimeter shooter. He has been one of the best sixth men in the league, but that does not mean New York’s coaching staff is overly thrilled with him.

Inappropriate Text Leaks Between J.R. Smith And High School Senior
J.R. Smith is no stranger to controversy. Last season, he sent out a Twitpic of half naked model, Tahiry, which he was later fined $25K for. This summer he was arrested for driving without a license, and photographed smoking weed in the same week.
It seems 2013 was yearning for some J.R. drama. According to Deadspin, while on a road trip to Philadelphia on January 26th, Smith was...

In a report by Alex Kennedy, the Knicks may have made an offer to the Atlanta Hawks for Josh Smith. According to Kennedy, the Knicks may have offered Amar’e Stoudemire and Iman Shumpert to the Hawks for Josh Smith and a salary cap filler.

Everybody's favorite Knickerbocker is back at it on twitter. If you are not familiar, JR Smith tweeted out some chick's bum who was dating Joe Budden's or something or other.
