It’s become apparently clear over the last month or so that the Pacers are by far the biggest challenge to the Miami Heat, to win the Eastern Conference. They have the best defense in the Eastern Conference, are the top rebounding team in the Eastern Conference, have incredible coaching, chemistry and every player knows their roles. They also have an ace up their sleeve in Danny Granger, who should be healthy come playoff time. This may disrupt their chemistry a little, but if he accepts a bench role, like the one he had before he reinjured himself, then they will have their top scorer for the last half decade, as a sixth man, which is unheard of. Lets’ be honest, unless Derrick Rose comes back and is able to score 20 points per game, the Pacers are the only team in the East with a legitimate chance to beat the Heat in the playoffs.
