Isiah Thomas has an opinion in the great debate between Michael Jordan and LeBron James.  Thomas who was an all time great in the league told Waddle & Silvy on ESPN 1000 that he’s not sure who the better ball player is, but LeBron is the better athlete. “They’re both great players, and they’re both great in their eras,” Thomas said on “The Waddle & Silvy Show” on ESPN 1000. “In my era, we hadn’t seen an athlete quite like Michael Jordan. He jumped higher than everyone else. He was a little faster than everyone else and he was just the best athlete. “LeBron James is the best athlete of today, and he’s probably a better athlete than Michael Jordan was. He’s bigger, he’s faster, he’s stronger.” Thomas said the head to head matchup in basketball would depend on a few different factors. “Now when you put them out on the floor to compete against each other in different eras, it depends on which rules you’re playing with and which coach you’re being coached by,” Thomas said. “So there’s a lot that really goes into it. “Had Michael Jordan not met Phil Jackson, would Michael Jordan be Michael Jordan today had he stayed with (Stan) Albeck and Doug Collins, and they were great coaches, but I think Jackson had a lot to do with his success. LeBron right now seems to be in the right situation with the right coach with the right players and his talent is being exposed and is flourishing.” Of course we must take into account, that Thomas and Jordan to put it bluntly, don’t like each other, but the question does remain, who is the better athlete?

Kobe STILL Better Than LeBron James – VIDEO

Kobe Bryant Blocks LeBron James’ Shot During All-Star Game (Video)

Everyone knows that nobody plays defense in the NBA All-Star Game, but Kobe Bryant made one exception Sunday night. Bryant came from behind to block a shot by LeBron James late in the fourth quarter of this year’s edition of the annual offensive showcase, leading to an easy dunk at the other end by Kobe’s Western Conference teammate, Kevin Durant. Kobe and LeBron had — as usual...

Oregon Zoo Taught an Arthritic Sea Otter to Dunk a Basketball (Video)

Wow, just crazy awesome to watch this video.  Meet Eddie who is a geriatric sea otter at the Oregon Zoo.  The Zoo had to teach Eddie how to play basketball to help with his arthritis in his elbows.  Surprisingly he's really good.  I'm guessing he would probably be able to beat LeBron James in a dunk contest, but we all know LeBron is too scared to enter one anyway. ...

MIAMI -- In their 25-year history, the Miami Heat have won two championships, including one last season. Now they're setting their sights on something they've never done. Is Lil Wayne mad that LeBron James doesn’t want to be besties?

Still confused as to why Lil Wayne seems to have waged all out war on the Miami Heat? Me too. Luckily for us, Hip-Hop 365 has a source who provides a theory to consider. Lil Wayne is allegedly upset because LeBron doesn’t want to be his friend? That’s just the tip of the iceberg: According to a member of LeBron’s inner-circle who spoke on the condition of anonymity, Lil Wayne...
