Three weeks have passed since my last draft projections, and it seems as if there has been a lot of shuffling amongst draft experts in regards to players in the top-10, and even questions with who will go No. 1 overall. As for me (I’m not a draft expert, just a die-hard NBA/College hoops fan), there isn’t too much rearranging going on in my first-round predictions. As long as the teams stay locked at their positions (which won’t happen) I’m feeling pretty comfortable with my selections. The 2013 NBA draft is this Thursday, June 27, and below is isportsweb’s final 2013 NBA mock draft: 1. Cleveland Cavaliers — Nerlens Noel, Center, Kentucky 2. Orlando Magic — Victor Oladipo, Shooting Guard, Indiana 3. Washington Wizards – Otto Porter, Small Forward, Georgetown 4. Charlotte Bobcats — Anthony Bennett, Power Forward, UNLV 5. Phoenix Suns — Ben McLemore, Shooting Guard, Kansas 6. New Orleans Pelicans — Alex Len, Center, Maryland 7. Sacramento Kings — Michael Carter-Williams, Point Guard, Syracuse 8. Detroit Pistons — Trey Burke, Point Guard, Michigan 9. Minnesota Timberwolves — Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Shooting Guard, Georgia 10. Portland Trailblazers — C.J. McCollum, Guard, Lehigh 11. Philadelphia 76ers — Cody Zeller, Power Forward, Indiana 12. Oklahoma City Thunder — Steven Adams, Center, Pittsbrugh 13. Dallas Mavericks — Shabazz Muhammad, Small Forward, UCLA 14.
