Fresh off surgery on a torn meniscus, Metta World Peace got quite the surprise Friday night against the Golden State Warriors and Jarrett Jack. Jack sent MWP skating after a nasty cross-over and pull up jumper.
Metta World Peace shocked everyone by returning to the Lakers lineup earlier this week 12 days after he had surgery to repair a torn meniscus in is left knee. The procedure was supposed to keep him out six weeks. The comeback prompted Kobe Bryant to liken him to Wolverine. Chris Duhon went as far as calling MWP Superman. Superman, huh? Jarrett Jack’s handles are his kryptonite apparently.
