This is the kind of thing you do when you're in middle school or a freshman or sophomore in high school, not when you're in the NBA. The Chicago Bulls are trying to totally re-tool Noah's ugly shot by having him wear a paddle on his non-shooting hand to decrease the reliance Noah has when he releases his "two handed" shot. He's never going to be a good shooter, but now you're effing up his entire routine and muscle memory, this may be more harm that good.
