Apparently, Oklahoma City Thunder center Kendrick Perkins has had all he can take of the pounding he is receiving from the Twitterverse, and the internet as a whole, following the wicked posterization issued him by Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin last night. Originally responding to the hecklers earlier today by saying that “these things happen”, Perkins has now apparently deleted his Twitter account: @TheBigLeadJason McIntyre Looks like it? @KendrickPerkinsRT @BiggHeadEd: is it true that the griffin dunk caused Perkins to delete his twitter account? Blake Griffin Fouled Hard, Yells 'Get The F*ck Outta Here" At Somebody

In tonight's Clippers-Nuggets game in Denver, Blake Griffin was fouled hard by Al Harrington on a fastbreak. Griffin fell to the floor hard, and then yelled at somebody to "GET THE **** OUTTA HERE!" With what he's saying and where he's looking, it appears he was yelling at the refs, presumably for the foul not being ruled a flagrant. And believe me, I know expletives...

Kevin Durant: Blake Griffin’s Epic Dunk on Perkins Was a ‘Layup’

by Marcel Mutoni / @marcel_mutoni There was universal agreement that Blake Griffin threw down the dunk of the season a few nights ago, a monster finish over OKC Thunder center Kendrick Perkins. Well, almost universal. Perkins’ teammate Kevin Durant didn’t join in the League-wide celebration of the epic throw-down, gamely defending his big man by downplaying the play...
