NEW YORK (AP) -- The NBA has fined Dallas Mavericks guard Jason Kidd 25,000 for criticizing the officiating in a game earlier this week. Kidd was fined for comments he made following the Mavericks' 95-91 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night. The fine was announced Wednesday by Stu Jackson, the NBA's executive vice president of basketball operations.
