Over the past eight games for the Knicks, who trail the Indiana Pacers 3-1 and face elimination Thursday at Madison Square Garden, the 40-year-old Kidd has failed to score a single point. In that span, the career 40 percent field-goal shooter has missed all 16 of his attempts from the field, including an 0-for-10 mark from 3-point range.
According to the Elias Sports Bureau via the New York Post , Kidd's stretch of eight consecutive scoreless games with at least 15 minutes played is the longest in NBA playoff history.
