Kings G League Stud Shockingly Arrested by FBI, Released From Team
Sergio Estrada-USA TODAY Sports

The Sacramento Kings G League affiliate Stockton Kings have released C Chance Comanche following an FBI arrest in Sacramento County. According to the Sacramento Bee, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office assisted FBI agents in arresting Comanche, and he is being held without bail.

Comanche, 27, is reportedly a person of interest in an out-of-state FBI investigation. It is unclear at this time what charges Comanche faces, and there have been no comments from the Kings following his release from the team.

Comanche played college basketball at Arizona for two seasons before entering the NBA draft in 2017. He went undrafted and played in the G League and other leagues until eventually signing with the Stockton Kings in 2022. Comanche signed with the Kings in October but was waived and signed by the Stockton Kings shortly after.

So far this season, the 6-10 center was averaging 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game for Stockton in 24.7 minutes.
