What are two of the hottest topics around the Big Apple right now?

You guessed it! Iman Shumpert's knee injury rehab, and the release of Apple's IPhone 5. Our funny friends at "The NOC" give an inside look at both in their latest production.

In this spoof review, Shumpert examines the IPhone's features and abilities...as they relate to the physical game of basketball.

Take a look at the clip above to watch the Knickerbocker's comedic chops put to work. Ironically enough, his leaping ability looks pretty darn steady towards the end of the clip...

It goes without saying how crucial it is for the Knicks that Shump's rehab process goes according to schedule. Enjoy the clip!

  • i have no comment on such stupidity!!!
  • Ahahahaha! That is too funny! Thanks for the giggles!
  • its amazing that we have enough money to pay these sports players ungodly amounts of money to where they can do things so stupid as to destroy a $500 phone for a laugh, but we cant create jobs for hardworking people who need work or provide shelter and food to homeless people all over this country... very sad and beyond stupid!!
  • its a SPOOF. there isnt even a battery in it. its just a shell. watch the explosion.
  • Ah, lighten up already! It's just a funny one minute video. It is not a political statement. Is it stupid? Sure. Is it funny? You betcha. It brought a few smiles in this otherwise dreary world. Get over yourself and your pessimism.
And if you want to get into these players salaries...why do you think they make that kind of money for playing and endorsements? It might be wiser to direct your concern to the people who are buying the tickets, and not this clip.
  • I guess it is good for the Knicks to know that Iman Shumpert's physical rehab is on schedule but when is the organization going to schedule his mental rehab?
