The New York Knicks beat the Phoenix Suns 106-99 yesterday, but they may have lost point guard Raymond Felton for some time.  Felton hurt his hand in the fourth quarter of last night's game and it was visibly swollen after the game.  However, an MRI confirmed no tears of any ligaments in the hand. According to Ian Begley of ESPN New York, Felton suffered a contusion and a bone bruise in his left hand, and the hand will be bandaged.  Felton feels he can play in the team's next game, but the Knicks may force him to sit."It's swollen right now," Felton said. "It's a lot of pain, but we'll see what happens."Felton is the go-to guy now with Jeremy Lin gone.  He has averaged 15.1 points per game and 6.8 assists per game this season.  Felton is in his ninth NBA season and has averaged 13.5 points per game and 6.7 assists per game in his career. If Felton can't go for the Knicks' game against the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday, they will have to hope Jason Kidd can return from the back spasms that have caused him to miss the last four games.  If he can't, the team will be forced to go to their only remaining point guard Pablo Prigioni.Follow @hoopsinjurynews!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src="http://www.nbainjurynews.com//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs"); var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-34100676-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ?
