Kobe Bryant Drama

Posted June 17, 2007 on Krosen78's Blog:
As I'm sure many of you have heard, unless you have been living under a rock, that Kobe Bryant demanded to be traded, then said he didnt want to, then said he did again, then didnt. Myself being from LA and a Laker fan have been holding my breath every time Kobe makes a move. It was silent on the front for a while, until a couple of days ago it was reported that Kobe had met with Dr. Buss and still demanded to be traded. I am not gonna hate on Kobe for wanting to be traded, he is a champion and wants to be a champion again. I will hate on Kobe for throwing his team under the bus, I definitly think there was a better way to handle it. The Lakers orginization messed up and asked for this when they let Jerry West go. Mitch Kupchek has not done one good thing since he was a GM, and the Buss family has done a horrible job of maniging a franchise. I plave most blame of Kupcheck because he had the chance to pull the trigger on so many trades and didnt. Just think right now the Lakers had they traded Bynum to the Nets. Running the triangle would be Jason Kidd, Kobe and Lamar not bad at all. Now the lakers might have to get rid of Lamar and Bynum for Jermaine O Neil, which wouldnt be bad, but the Lakers still need more. The Lakers will NOT trade Kobe, but Kobe will not get the championship contender team he is looking for, and the drama in LaLa land will continue.
