Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant changed his attitude towards the ailing Pau Gasol Tuesday saying, "I love Pau like a brother, I really do. I want him to dominate like I know he can." Bryant added: "I want him to dig in and be determined, not discouraged. "We should go to him more on the post because he can dominate from there as he has to the tune of two rings. I'm sure we will adjust and figure out a balance when he comes back healthy." The Lakers decided to sit Gasol for their Tuesday match-up with the Houston Rockets as he recovers from tendinitis in his knees.  The Lakers lost 107-105. Antawn Jamison started in his place. After Sunday's Lakers 113-103 loss to the Orlando Magic Bryant told Gasol to, "Put your big-boy pants on. Just adjust. Just adjust. You can't whine about it. You can't complain about it." After a lengthy meeting between the two players Monday in Houston, Bryant said he understands Gasol's game this season has been affected by his ailing knees.   "I know his knees have been hurting and that can be frustrating because you can't do physically what you are used to," Bryant said Tuesday. "I just don't want him to sulk about the change of things." No timetable has been set for how long Gasol will be out, but a source close to general manager Mitch Kupchak told ESPNLosAngeles.com that the team will have no choice but to trade Gasol if he is unable to play in D'Antoni's system.
