Los Angeles Lakers forward Josh McRoberts is nursing a sprained left big toe, which caused him to miss Tuesday's victory over the Houston Rockets.
McRoberts suffered the injury last week during the Lakers' 100-91 triumph over the Sacramento Kings. He initially collided with center DeMarcus Cousins and then aggravated the injury when teammate Pau Gasol inadvertently landed on his foot.
McRoberts was able to play in the next four contests, but elected to sit out versus Houston.
The free-agent signee is averaging 5.7 points and 5.7 rebounds this season.
