The Los Angeles Lakers have waived guard Darius Johnson-Odom, it was announced today by the team.
Johnson-Odom was selected by the Lakers in the 2012 NBA draft and was cut last season, yet the purple and gold signed the athletic guard to their training camp roster.

After throwing down a dunk in transition just moments earlier, Nick Young again was wowing the Chinese crowd after Chris Kaman created a turnover. Steve Blake pushed the ball and, over the top of the defense, found a running Young who threw down the ball to complete the alley-oop slam.
