This is a big week for the Clippers, as their search for a new coach ramps up with interviews with four potential candidates, according to several NBA executives who were not authorized to speak publicly on the situation. Indiana Pacers associate head coach Brian Shaw was at the Clippers practice facility Monday meeting with the front office, which was confirmed by Mike Martinez of FOXSportsWest.com. Shaw is expected have dinner with Clippers owner Donald Sterling on Monday night. The Clippers then have a scheduled interview Tuesday with former Cleveland Cavaliers coach Byron Scott. Scott, who still has one year left on his contract that pays him 4 million after he was fired by the Cavaliers, coached Chris Paul when both were with the New Orleans Hornets. Memphis Coach Lionel Hollins will come in for an interview with the Clippers on Wednesday, also confirmed by Martinez. Hollins has been given permission by the Grizzlies to speak with other teams despite his contract not expiring until the end of the month. And former Portland Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan remains in the mix. McMillan is scheduled to interview with the Clippers on Thursday. The executives said the plan is for all the candidates to visit the Clippers offices and then meet with Sterling. Shaw also has drawn interest from the Brooklyn Nets and Denver Nuggets, according to reports. Hollins also has the Nuggets after him, and the Grizzlies remain interested in bringing him back as well, according to reports. -- Broderick Turner
