It’s official, the King has taken his Queen. LeBron James married his high school sweetheart Savannah Brinson. Photos are still forthcoming but let’s discuss a few of the secret details. The wedding took place at the Grand Del Mar hotel in San Diego. As I mentioned previously, there were no groomsmen or bridal party. The wedding was an intimate gathering with about 200 guests. Arrivals were shielded from helicopter view by tents and umbrellas. A few of the guests in attendance; Dwyane Wade and his lady love, Gabrielle Union, Chris Bosh and wife Adrienne, Jenine Howard, Heat owner Micky Arison, coach Erik Spoelstra, Clippers star Chris Paul and his wife Jada, Knicks All-Star Carmelo Anthony and power couple Jay Z and Beyonce. And in a huge surprise for guests, Beyonce and Jay Z performed their 2003 hit “Crazy in Love” with a full band, a source revealed to Us. Queen Bey, 32, flew in for just one night, having just performed at a concert in Brazil Friday. She will be flying back out for another Sunday.
