North Carolina’s Rashad McCants isn’t heading to China after all.
Apparently McCants and his agent didn’t move fast enough. The team he was trying to sign with decided to sign another foreign-born player to fill its quota for the season (Chinese teams can’t have more than two foreign-born players).
