   We had the chance to visit Tuesday with Jazz coach Jerry Sloan for a half-hour or so, a week-and-half before he will be inducted (along with some guy named Jordan) in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass.    Of course, after probing for the perfect quote about his coaching career and going into the Hall with John Stockton, Sloan pretty much summed up his essence with one comment about KUTV anchor Ron Bird's dribbling ability after the cameras were off.     It's clear that seeing Stockton go into the Hall means more to Sloan than being selected himself.
