I expect ew don't match. It's one step toward roster cohesion - cohesion on isolation (unfortunate for guys with the same opinion as me).
What i do like about this is a multi-skilled player gets 5,5,9 in three years while a "closer" like j.r. gets a 2.8 salary. Nice to see the league making a bit more sense. hopefully it wont take long for the knicks to follow suit.

Two people with knowledge of the plans say Jeremy Lin will visit the Houston Rockets on Wednesday, and the New York Knicks guard is expected to get a contract offer.
The Rockets waived Lin last year and he was claimed by the Knicks, turning into a breakout star when he landed the starting point guard job. Now with Goran Dragic not expected to return, Houston may want Lin back.
The New York Knicks opened up free agent talks with Steve Nash on Sunday by bringing the point guard up to the team's practice facility in upstate Greenburgh, N.Y. for a tour and told him of sign-and -trade scenarios in which they could offer the sought after NBA star more money.

Anyone crossing off the days separating them from an opportunity to see Landry Fields in a Phoenix Suns uniform might want to consider buying stock in marking pens.
