On Tuesday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will be in Texas to face off against Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks.
Before the game (on Monday evening), the Lakers assigned Maxwell Lewis to the G League.
Therefore, they will not have Lewis active when they face off against the Mavs (he is also officially ruled out on the injury report due to his G League assignment).

Lewis was the 40th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of Pepperdine, and has gone back and forth between the Lakers and South Bay (G League) multiple times this season.
He has appeared in 11 games for the Lakers so far this season but has only played a total of 52 minutes.
With South Bay, he has been able to get playing time, and most recently had 14 points, seven rebounds, one assist, three steals and one block in Sunday's game.
They will play the Santa Cruz Warriors on Tuesday evening.
