In an interesting article by Larry Brown Sports, the “other” Los Angeles basketball team is showing more signs of being the new era “Showtime” from a statement made by the originator of the Showtime style of basketball from the 80′s.
According to Earvin “Magic” Johnson, who was the clear face of the Showtime era of the Lakers in the 80′s, he said,
