Plays like this is why some coaches are afraid to foul in situations where a team needs a 3-pointer to tie the game.
In the waning seconds of a game where the Orlando Magic were trailing the Milwaukee Bucks 95-92 on Wednesday night, forward Tobias Harris hit a 3-pointer while being fouled by Marquis Daniels with the potential to win the game, but missed the free throw, sending the game to overtime where the Magic eventually won 113-103.

It stinks when one moment of "youthful exuberance" takes away from an otherwise spectacular individual and team performance.
The Magic were well on their way to a 111-103 win over the Bucks in overtime that was capped off by a spectacular five-point comeback in the final 37 seconds and a Tobias Harris game-tying 3-pointer with 0.5 second left when all seemed lost. Harris...
Do you think the Milwaukee Bucks regret trading Tobias Harris for J.J. Redick at the NBA’s trade deadline? If they didn’t before, then they certainly do now. Harris broke Milwaukee’s back last night in Orlando as the Magic squared off against the Bucks.
Harris gets the inbound, makes a move around former teammate, Marquis Daniels, gets held and still converts with a game-tying...
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Nik Vucevic had 30 points and 20 rebounds, Tobias Harris added 30 points and 19 rebounds, and the Orlando Magic rallied for a 113-103 overtime victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.
The Magic overcame a five-point deficit in the final minute of regulation, sending it to OT on a 3-pointer by Harris with 1.9 seconds left. Vucevic and Harris combined...

Glen Davis. Remember him?
He was the hulking wrecking ball of a power forward that was the emotional leader on the floor for the Magic early in the season. His championship experience and his expectation to compete for a Playoff spot -- and his frankness -- was something the team needed early on in the season to set the tone for the building and developing to come.
Former Kentucky shooting guard Doron Lamb was due for a breakout performance in the NBA. Lamb was a key contributor to Kentucky’s 2012 championship run, including leading the ‘Cats in scoring in the title game. The NBA has not been kind to Lamb, and he’s had to earn every step of the way. After being traded from the Bucks to the Magic, Lamb has only averaged 9 minutes a game...
How many times could the Magic have decided to pack things in and take an embarrassing loss like a good team in the cellar of the NBA? How many times coudl the Magic have put their heads down while depleted with injury and accept the fate of their season, eschewing team improvement?
How many times on Wednesday could they have done this?
A 14-point first quarter lead gone...
We are less than a week from the end of the year and so several blogs have begun their yearly retrospectives before the preparations for the Playoffs begin. It is not quite yet time to dissect the season seeing as three games still remain for the Magic and the Playoffs do not begin until next weekend.
However, for a team with 20 wins, you take any accolade or positive recognition...
J.J. Redick has not been much of a factor for the Milwaukee Bucks of late.
Perhaps a return to Orlando will get him back on track and help his current team end its road struggles overall and against his former squad.
Back in Orlando for the first time since being traded to Milwaukee in February, Redick looks to help the Bucks avoid a seventh consecutive road defeat and end a 13-game...
Tobias Harris is going to be immortalized in my fantasy career as the guy who got me through some injuries and LeBron benchings to win titles in almost every league in 2013. I was on this guy at the trade deadline and continue to ride him into the sunset with a twinkle in my eye.
With LeBron yet again benched like I had a feeling he would be, Harris was a monster against his former...
Following a 109-101 loss to the Miami Heat on Friday night, Jason Terry threw some shade when he was asked about the Celtics next opponent, the 20-59 Orlando Magic.
According to Baxter Holmes of the Boston Globe:
Jason Terry on the Celtics’ next opponent, Orlando: “I don’t want to give them any fuel, but they’re terrible.”
