Marbury's Not to Blame

I was going to use this space to rip on Stephon Marbury. After what has transpired in the last few weeks, I feel sorry for him. New York Knicks team President Donnie Walsh should have though twice before he hired Mike D'Antoni. Now his team is the laughingstock of the league and there is no end in sight. I believe that D'Antoni wasn't going to use him this season. Only when the Knicks became short-handed with players due to injury and trades that he wanted to start him. When he refused, they suspended him and asked (forced) him to stay away from the practice facility. David Stern needs to intervene in this quickly. The NBA should ban this practice before lawsuits emerge from this.
