Marreese Speights Out 6-8 Weeks

I just got back in town and the misery that is the Philadelphia 76ers continues. Marreese Speights one of the only bright spots so far this season has a partial MCL tear which will keep him out 6-8 weeks. And that doesn't account for how he will be able to perform immediately following rehab. Terrible, terrible news for the Sixers.
