The matchup of the night for the second game of a back-to-back in Charlotte will be between point guards Tony Parker and Kemba Walker. Parker is having a great season so far averaging 18.3ppg with 7.3apg while Walker is averaging 17.1ppg and 6.2apg. With both guards using their speed to their advantage, it will be interesting to see how Walker defends on the perimeter and on driving to the lane with Parker shooting a ridiculous 49% from the field for a guard. With Brendon Haywood and Byron Mullens, Walker won't have as easy of a time in a pick-and-roll scenario as Parker with Tim Duncan or Tiago Splitter. The Spurs' game plan is to share the ball and get the best available shot while the Bobcats lean more on their individual talents to win their games. Both men are good players, but the Bobcats have an advantage over the Spurs who played the night before against the Houston Rockets and had to travel overnight without much rest.  If Walker can attack Parker early and make him use a majority of his energy on the defensive end, it'll be a long night for Parker. Parker needs to have the same mindset and attack his opposing point guard early. With the Spurs' depth, an early dominant night from Parker will help seal the game and the matchup with the Spurs having excellent depth and can contain opposing team's better players during stretches. For Parker, winning the matchup will be determined in the first two quarters and won't necessarily reflect the box score.
