More Woodson on JR: "This is unacceptable. It's just got to stop. I keep saying this every time something pops up, but it's got to stop."— Ian Begley (@IanBegley) January 8, 2014Mike Woodson is not a fan of J.R. Smith's practice of untying shoelaces of opponents.Neither is the NBA after the league smacked Smith with a $50,000 fine for "recurring instances" of trying to untie opposing players' shoes while they aren't paying attention.Nonetheless, Woodson addressed the matter with the following quote seen above by Ian Begley of ESPN New York. And he wants nothing more than for the veteran Smith to put an end to the rubbish. In case you missed it, here's a snapshot taken that shows Smith slyly undoing Shawn Marion's shoe laces as the two stand next to each other awaiting a free attempt.Marion took no offense to the shenanigan afterward, calling it "joyful play," but the league and Woodson obviously feel differently. So, don't be expecting to see this spectacle again anytime soon.
