So far as I know he’s the only, but that still makes him the best. I think we can safely say that after watching Nets majority owner Mikhail Prokhorov try his hand at rapping, or something approximating rap, it’s no big surprise that the Russian rap scene never really took off.  I don’t know what is more evident while he’s dropping his rhymes—his whiteness or his Russian heritage.  Either one is a definite hindrance to his rapping, probably in equal portion.
