The first major pre-deadline trade is in: The Golden State Warriors are sending Monta Ellis, Ekpe Udoh and Kwame Brown to the Milwaukee Bucks for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson.

The fantasy implications are unclear so far. Immediately, Ellis and Udoh owners will lose games (Tuesday, for sure, and maybe Wednesday). I'd expect them to debut with the Bucks on Friday.

A backcourt of Ellis and Brandon Jennings is intriguing, but can they co-exist? And how will Ellis fit into Scott Skiles' system? Ellis likely retains his value as a top flight player.

Udoh likely goes to the bench behind Ersan Ilyasova and Drew Gooden. Hopefully, Udoh doesn't cut into their productivity.

Rookie Klay Thompson likely becomes the starter at the two for the Warriors. That move seemed inevitable when the Warriors drafted Thompson over the summer. He becomes a must-add player in the short-term, although Captain Jack could eventual start (or S-Jax sends struggling Dorrell Wright to the bench).

I'm not sure how Stephen Jackson fits in with the current Warriors, but he had some serious glory days in the Bay Area.

Bogut is likely out the rest of season with an injured ankle. Pairing him with Stephen Curry is curious given their injury proneness. The Warriors adding the big Australian likely means the dubs days of running are over.

Brown has no value (he also suffered a season ending injury).
