TEAMS: Brooklyn Nets

Via Beer Mug Sports:

The Detroit Pistons mascot, Hooper, got a Brooklyn beat-down on behalf of several Nets players before the two teams squared off at the Palace of Auburn Hills on Friday night.

Hooper had to be dragged off the court by Pistons staff members after the attack. Although Hooper was down, he was not out. He returned to the court moments later with a can of Silly String and exacted revenge on Nets center Andray Blatche.

Blatche had 20 points and 12 rebounds, but the Pistons topped the Nets, 103-99.
