Nazr Mohammed took his gripes to the newest agreements, proposals, or whatever they were to the Twitter people and fans.  He discusses many of the new provisions that have been agreed upon during the last negotiation session on Saturday.  Read his bottom tweet first then continue to read up the tweets. This is very interesting considering he has played on a championship team before.  This will mean Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles (Lakers), Boston, and Orlando will not be allowed to sign NBA players to fill out their roster.  They will be left to use draft picks as well as d-league and european signings.  Look for these teams to be active in drafts and in trades.  He doesn't clarify if this applies to the Mid-Level exception though.
