Orlando has the best chance of landing the 2013 top pick after finishing with the worst record in the NBA this season. Ironically, the Magic did not have a top ten pick in their roster, which might be one reason that they are in the lottery. The last time they had the top overall pick, they selected Dwight Howard. The Magic have a 25% chance of landing the top pick in the June 27th lottery.
