NBA Players With The Most All-Time Points Per Game By Each Month
Malcolm Emmons - USA TODAY Sports

As it stands in the NBA, we are currently seeing an offensive phenomenon. Teams are scoring more points per game than ever before with stars contributing at a level rarely seen throughout NBA history. As it stands in December 2023, Joel Embiid is averaging 40.7 points per game on 61.6% shooting. This would break Wilt Chamberlain’s record of 31.0 points per game for December in his career.

This got us thinking. Which NBA players lead every month in points per game. We already know who has scored the most total points by month, so why not take a look now at the NBA players who owned every month in scoring average? While there are certain months that no NBA games have ever been played, there are plenty that have seen some of the game’s greatest scorers rise to the top of their games at a certain time of year.

These are the NBA players with the most all-time points per game by each month.
