Just when the Charlotte Bobcats thought it was safe to claim the NBA's worst record ever, the Washington Wizards rise up, and attempt to lay claim to the thrown. Here is the latest update for the NBA's worst teams, NBAwful 2012-13, Vol. II.Washington Wizards: Breaking news!! The Wizards won a game! The Wizards beat the Trailblazers Wednesday night to break into the win column for the first time this season. With a 1-12 record, the Wizards on pace to have (gasp) (maybe) six wins this season. Yo, Charlotte better look out!Toronto Raptors: Once again, NBA commissioner David Stern's attempt at putting a team in Oh, Canada is falling flat on it's face. The Raptors are 3-13, and losers of six straight. "Yo, I'm DeMarcus. Whatev, bro." Cleveland Cavaliers: Not sure how I feel about this. Kyrie Irving is missing time due to a fractured finger. Other than Irving, they don't have a lot of stellar help in the lineup. Even with Irving, they're not a good team. The Cavs are 3-12, and losers of four straight.Bringing up the rear of this NBAwful update is New Orleans and Sacramento. The Hornets are 4-10. They could possibly improve once Anthony Davis returns from his ankle injury. The Kings are also 4-10. This is a young team and they need someone to step up and be a leader. DeMarcus Cousins disqualifies himself with this "Yeah, whatever" profile mug. (Via his Yahoo! profile.)
