These are the types of stories that can go one of two ways quickly; one, they can get swept under the rug, or two, they can get sensationalized.  In Andray Blatche's case, it's important to recognize the fact that he was questioned, but not arrested or even accused of any wrong-doing.  The Brooklyn Nets have been cooperative and have made Andray Blatche available in a police investigation in Philadelphia.  Blatche may be a witness or have been around when a sexual assault was committed at a Philadelphia hotel. According to ESPN New York, Blatche was questioned by police, but he has not been accused of anything.  In fact, Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsay set the record straight on Blatche's involvement."From all accounts, he was not personally involved in any kind of assault or anything like that," Ramsey said, according to the newspaper. "He was there but he was not involved."Blatche has not had to miss any time as a result of the investigation and no suspension will be coming as merely being questioned by police does not violate the league's personal conduct policy.  However, the incident could be a distraction for the Nets who certainly can't afford to lose focus. Brooklyn is barely hanging on after a hot start.  They are 19-15 and in sixth place in the Eastern Conference.  It would not take much to bump them completely out of the picture.  Blatche has been a key contributor this season, and as long as this investigation does not affect him mentally, the team should be alright. Blatche, a 26-year old center, has been in the NBA for eight seasons now.  He has averaged 10 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in his career.  So far this season, he is averaging 11.1 points and 6.1 rebounds.
