For the longest time, the San Antonio Spurs had a lock on the black and white color scheme in the NBA. The logo, uniforms, and overall merchandise shared the black and white look for years until other teams began to copy the black uniform look as the Spurs feature on their road uniforms.

Of course we will bury in our collective minds the horrific "fiesta colors" the Spurs featured in the '90s. How pathetic were those colors Spurs fans? But I digress.

Regardless, San Antonio still had a hold on this color scheme and were known as the "men in black" but all that changed when the Nets announced they were leaving New Jersey and heading to Brooklyn and were revamping their look. Gone were the red, white and blue uniforms and in were the black and white uniforms... like the Spurs.

And if that wasn't enough, the new Nets' home court looks almost exactly like the Spurs home court at the AT&T Center.

Check out what could be a sneak peek at the new Nets' home court (h/t Nets Daily) and as you will see Spurs fans, it is eerily similar to the Spurs' home court.

Look I get many teams in the NBA want to be like the Spurs. How many past Spurs coaches do you see being tapped to becomes a head coach in the NBA. Ask Mike Brown of the Lakers. Or in the front office?

But the Nets can rip off the Spurs' look all they want but they cannot rip off four NBA titles.
