Nets Host the Warriors

The New Jersey Nets will be hosting the Golden State Warriors tonight which will be a battle of below .500 teams. But the good news for the Nets is that they are only 1 game out of first place for their division behind the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics. The Atlantic division is in such sad shape it's embarrassing to watch. But it's not helpful to dwell only on the bad, so let's dwell on the good. Jason Kidd is averaging 13 points, 9.4 assists, and 8.7 rebounds per game. And last week he had a triple-double leading the Nets to a win against the Milwaukee Bucks. If the Nets are going to have a chance at all this season, Kidd will need to have many nights like that one.
