He was a fluid player who showed great athleticism while playing there. He led his team to a National Championship as a freshman and after the season, declared for the NBA draft. Report: NBA drops center spot from All-Star ballot
NEW YORK -- Centers will no longer be guaranteed a spot in the NBA All-Star game.
NBA.com is reporting that the league will announce a change to its All-Star ballot on Wednesday, removing the center position. Fans will be required to vote for three frontcourt players, instead of two forwards and a center.
