The rest of the staff has choosen certain players they deemed not suitable for their slot on our countdown, I will use my selection for Russell Westbrook. A talented point guard who has yet to learn how to run an offense, having him over Rajon Rondo and Steve Nash is blasphemy. No one will question Russell's scoring ability and we enjoyed the way he took over games to help the Thunder excel into the playoffs, but our last vision of the young point guard was his inability to distribute the ball, careless turnovers, and being benched, only to watch his team excel without him. Some would argue that the team may be better suited bringing in a traditional point guard while starting James Harden, I am not that quick to write off this up and coming star in the league. He just needs to grow as a player and gain maturity.
