NY Sports Nut:
As first reported by Marc Berman of the New York Post, Rasheed Wallace can be released by January 10 and only get the pro-rated amount from his $1,352,181 salary. Wallace has continued to work on his conditioning and can play a major role on this team come playoff time.
It is a low-risk, high-reward type signing. As we have said before, Wallace will bring toughness, defense and outside shooting to the team; but that is only if he can get into basketball shape. He will also need to be healthy when May and hopefully June come around.
The team is getting healthy and we will get to see plenty from them as they play 4 games in six days starting on Friday against the Raptors. The team is exactly 2 weeks away from the season opener in Brooklyn on November 1st and then meet the Heat at MSG.

New York Knicks: Raymond Felton’s Resurgence
Fat, chubby, “Felton fry;” the nicknames were everywhere Raymond Felton looked. New York Knicks’ James White’s Interesting Story
High Flight… James White
With the likes of Ronnie Brewer, JR Smith and Iman Shumpert at the shooting guard position the Knicks seem to be pretty set at that position. So where does this leave high flying...
