The Bulls missed two chances to tie the score and Lance Stephenson got loose under the basket for a layup that made it 78-74 with 45.5 seconds on the clock. Carlos Boozer answered with a lay-up, Chicago's first basket in almost three minutes, but he missed the free throw that could have made it a 3-point play. David West missed a jumper from the top of the key, giving the Bulls possession with 14.1 seconds left trailing by 2. Luol Deng made a back-door cut, caught a pass and collided with Pacers center Roy Hibbert near the basket. As Deng hit the floor, no foul was called. Roy Hibbert pulled up his shorts to cover up blood on his jersey (Video)

Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert appeared a little embarrassed when he found some blood on his jersey near his belly button during the fourth quarter of Wednesday night's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. However, the situation became more awkward, and a bit comical, as Hibbert pulled his shorts way up high to cover up the stain. Not sure what Hibbert was so embarrassed...

Derrick Rose Sprinting At Practice

Derrick Rose was running sprints at the Bulls practice on Monday, and while he is still most likely out at least 2 more months, it’s nice to see him getting healthy: According to ESPN:  The 24-year-old point guard started cutting again on his surgically repaired left knee a few weeks ago and was sprinting in bursts after practice on Monday afternoon. ”I think he looks really...

The George Hill Dilemma

Can the Indiana Pacers ever win a championship with George Hill as their starting point guard? The answer to the question is debatable, but judging from the five-year, $40 million contract they gave him over the summer, Indiana’s chief decision-makers believed it was a resounding yes. After finding themselves a few bounces of the ball away from an Eastern Conference...

Bulls G Hamilton could miss 2 weeks

Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau says veteran guard Richard Hamilton could miss two weeks because of a foot injury. Hamilton sustained a left plantar fascia tear in Saturday's game against Philadelphia and didn't play in Tuesday's loss to Indiana. Thibodeau said before Wednesday night's game against Cleveland that Hamilton, who is averaging 13.9 points, will probably...

Rip Hamilton Out Indefinitely

Without Derrick Rose for the first half of the season (at least), the Bulls have relied on a collective effort on the offensive end to make up for their leading scorer. While the new bench is still adjusting to Thibodeau’s system, the starters are relied on heavily – everyone but Kirk Hinrich is averaging in double figures scoring.  One of those bench members will have to step...

Thibodeau Dismisses Rumors That Rose Is Close To Practicing

Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau would not confirm reports Tuesday that Derrick Rose may be just a few weeks away from practicing , calling the All-Star point guard a “long ways away”. Box Score: Bulls 95, Cavaliers 85

Well, this was pretty much a standard Cavs vs Bulls game. That makes 10 straight losses to the Bulls and the Cavaliers were never truly in this game. Cleveland fell behind by 15 early in this one. They did make things interesting a bit midway through the 4th quarter, but the Bulls never really let this one get in doubt and as we’ve seen happen lately, the Cavaliers’ comeback...
