Several members of the Indiana Pacers were filmed in a heated early morning exchange with clubgoers outside an Orlando nightclub Thursday. The players, who are in Orlando for their playoff series against the Magic, got into a verbal confrontation with a group of people outside Club 23 around 2:45am local time, TMZ reported. The incident was reportedly sparked when a clubgoer accused 7-foot-1 center Kyrylo Fesenko of bumping into him. Cell phone footage of the incident appears to show a growing crowd directing abuse at the NBA star before he moves away. Fesenko's teammate Danny Granger also appears to get involved before being restrained by friends. The potential flare-up was defused when police showed up, with Granger and Fesenko calmly walking away without further incident. A Pacers representative told TMZ, "Our players were provoked into a verbal confrontation and ended up walking away from the confrontation. To make something more out of this than what it was is ludicrous." The Pacers had earlier beaten the Magic on Wednesday night to claim a 2-1 series lead. According to the Orlando Sentinel, the players enjoyed a day off Thursday, taking time to visit Disney World. Fesenko, along with guard George Hill, forward Dahntay Jones and guard Paul George, were even pictured wearing caps with iconic Mikey Mouse ears. They will play Game 4 at 2:00 pm ET Saturday at the Amway Center.

Pacers coach Frank Vogel wins with attitude

Perhaps Frank Vogel's early success with the Indiana Pacers should be used as a case study. Vogel replaced the older, gruffer Jim O'Brien at midseason last year. He took a team that was 17-27 and struggling with confidence, infused it with positive energy and a new approach, and led it to a 20-18 finish and a playoff berth. Team president Larry Bird gave Vogel the full...

Pacers' talent too much for Magic in Game 3

Orlando is learning, quite the hard way, the nature of Indiana's beasts. After David West torched them for 37 points and 20 rebounds in the first two games of the series, Magic Coach Stan Van Gundy threw everything he had at the Indiana power forward in Game 3. He opened the game with quick double-teams to give undersized defender Ryan Anderson as much help as possible, and...
