Found January 23, 2013 on Pacers Pulse:
Well that sucked. The Pacers can't be considered a serious threat for the title until they show that they can win on the road with some kind of consistency. Following that impressive victory against the Grizzlies, the Pacers fell into a shooting slump again and were blown away 100-80 by Portland, the first time they gave up 100 points or more to an opponent since a loss to Atlanta on Dec. 29 last year. It seemed like a good opportunity for the Pacers to extend Portland's recent six-game losing streak, but instead they failed to compete on both sides of the floor, allowing the Blazers to shoot 56.4% while connecting on just 37.5% of their own. I hate to say it, but there's no reason why this Pacers team, with the kind of offensive players that they have, should continue to be so horrible offensively. Yes, Danny Granger is out, but it shouldn't be THIS bad. David West had 21 but was repeatedly burned by LaMarcus Aldridge, who had a game high 27. Paul George...

Dancing Pacers kid busts several moves on the jumbotron (VIDEO)

Kids do the darndest things, right?  This kid, we’ll call him Little Petey Pacer Fan, did one of the most darndest (most darndest? uh, yeah…) things you’ll see from a kid at a professional sporting event.  He monopolized the jumbotron at Bankers Life Fieldhouse during Friday’s Indiana Pacers game for a nearly a minute. As the Pacers’ “Old School Dance Cam” perused...

Kid steals the show at Pacers game with his ‘old school’ dance moves (video)

During last Friday’s game between the Indiana Pacers and Houston Rockets at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, an in-arena bit called the “Old School Dance Cam” captured one extremely enthusiastic young lad in the crowd demonstrating some remarkable dance moves. I’m not kidding here: This kid’s dancing exhibition is truly a sight to behold. I’m not sure those...

Pacers-Trail Blazers Preview

Coach Frank Vogel want his Central Division-leading Indiana Pacers to be a better road team, and while they can't lift their record away from home above .500 during their trip, they can come awfully close. Close hasn't been good enough of late for the slumping Portland Trail Blazers. Indiana goes for a seventh straight victory over a Western Conference opponent while trying...

Indiana Pacers vs. Portland Trail Blazers prediction and preview

What in the world is going on? The Portland Trail Blazers have fallen into a complete rut. They’ve lost a season-high six straight games and they’ve spent way to much energy in comebacks if they hope to make a push late in the year. Matchup: Portland (20-21) vs. Indiana Pacers (26-16) Venue: Rose Garden Arena Time: 7:00 PM PT Date: Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 The Blazers need to...

Congrats to Paul George, NBA All-Star

As expected, Paul George was named a reserve to the NBA All-Star Game next month in Houston, and David West was not. Both guys were arguably deserving but things turned out for the best. Being named an All-Star will give George a huge boost in confidence and affirm his belief that he belongs with the best players in the league. His athleticism and finishing ability also makes...

Fantasy Basketball - Money Mitch Tips

With about a month before the trade deadline in the NBA and most fantasy NBA leagues, there are a few things that owners can prepare for. Some may be satisfied with their line-ups but there are always ways to improve a team. Returning injured players, players just finding their niche this season, and players that fade into obscurity are things that need attention. For those that...
